MEHOOPANY, Penn. — A Pennsylvania woman faces multiple charges after allegedly spraying another woman with gasoline during an argument over a lit cigarette at a gas pump, according to police.

Kimberly Brinton was pumping gas with a lit cigarette last week at the Mehoopany Dandy Mart in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania, when another woman, Tami Donovan, yelled at her to stop smoking near the gasoline, police said.

An argument broke out and Donovan allegedly threw water at the cigarette. Then, as Donovan tried to pull away, police say Brinton leveled the gas nozzle at the other woman, dousing her with fuel.

Donovan got out of her vehicle, slipped and fell in the gas, and broke her arm, according to officials.

Brinton is facing assault and other charges in Wyoming County.
