SOUTH SALT LAKE — Police have located a woman who walked away from the Cottonwood Rehabilitation Center.
Bua Bread, 66, was last seen at the center, located at 3094 South State Street, before she removed her ankle monitor and walked away around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Bread was found safely in the area of 95 East 1700 South at 7:30 a.m. Friday.
Bread is an Asian woman who stands 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has shoulder-length gray hair. Police state she speaks enough English to get by but suffers from dementia and requires medication.
The woman has been returned to the Cottonwood Rehabilitation Center.
