Rock slide in Provo Canyon near Highway 189. – Drew Olsen
PROVO CANYON, Utah – Authorities are warning residents of a rock slide on the north side of Provo Canyon near Highway 189.
Officials said no rocks are on the road.
However, the North Fork Fire Dept. has been receiving dozens of calls from people thinking the dust from the slide is a fire.
There is no fire at this time.
The slide is not threatening homes.
