1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup butter
4 garlic cloves, diced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped (cilantro can be substituted)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
In a large skillet up to medium high heat, cook steak seasoned with salt and pepper to desired doneness.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook for 3-4 minutes. Add parsley, basil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve as a dipping sauce with steak bites.
