Julie Kirk-Purcell has traveled the world as an accomplished chalk artist. She is known for recreating classic images - like the piece of the Sistine Chapel she drew in our parking lot - and making images pop with her 3D technique. She is in town for the Utah Foster Care Chalk Art Festival. It's happening this weekend at the Gateway:
