1 cup cooked ham, chopped
2 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup butter, melted
12 large eggs
1 cup milk or whipping cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream (optional)
1 cup salsa (optional)
4 green onions, chopped
12-14 fresh basil leaves, torn
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish. In a large bowl, add ham, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, basil, salt and pepper. Mix together; pour into the baking dish. Evenly pour butter over ham mixture. In a large bowl, add eggs. Lightly beat the eggs. Mix in milk or cream, mustard, salt an pepper. Pour over ham mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Top with sour cream and salsa, if using, onions and basil. Serve immediately.
