- 2.5 lbs. R and R BBQ brisket
- 16 corn tortilla
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup coleslaw
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro (save a few sprigs for finished taco)
- 1/2 cup R and R BBQ sweet sauce
- 1/4 cup R and R BBQ brisket rub
Heat tortillas in a lightly oiled pan. Place brisket meat in another pan with sweet sauce, cilantro and brisket rub. Cook until the sauce is caramelized, Don’t burn! Place cooked meat in a tortilla, then add a spoonful of feta cheese and a heaping spoonful of coleslaw. Top with a sprig of cilantro.
