3 cups fresh fruit options:
- Oranges, thinly sliced, seeds removed, rind left on
- Lemons, thinly sliced, seeds removed, rind left on
- Limes, thinly sliced, seeds removed, rind left on
- Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), sliced
- Apples, quartered, seeds removed, skin left on
- Peaches, quartered, seed removed
- Nectarines, quartered, seed removed
- Grapes, seedless
- Cantaloupe, cut into chunks
- Mango, slices
- Watermelon, seedless, cut into chunks, rind left on
- 2 cups sparkling soda water
- 4 cups juice, any fruit flavor (i.e. apple, grape, cranberry, etc.)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, muddled (optional)
- Ice for serving
Choose 3 cups of fruit per batch of sangria. Place in a large glass pitcher, container or bowl. Pour in juice; stir well. Slowly pour in sparkling soda water. Add mint leaves, if using. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve over ice.
