SALT LAKE CITY — The newest member of the staff Ronald McDonald House in Salt Lake City is "Ollie," a certified facility therapy dog.
"Ollie," a labradoodle, joined the house on May 10.
"The reaction has been unbelievable. The kids just melt. They flock to him, so he's kind of a star around and the kids just wanna love on him," said Carrie Romano, executive director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Intermountain Area.
Ronald McDonald House is a charitable organization that provides temporary housing for families with hospitalized children, as well as basic medical and dental care in some areas.
