ST. GEORGE, Utah — The St. George Fire Department responded to two fires this morning at about 4:20 a.m. Fire crews were first called to an Albertsons located at 745 North Dixie Drive and two to three minutes later were called to the Frito Lay warehouse at 1161 West 1240 North after an employee called dispatch, St. George Fire Chief Robert Stoker said.
When fire crews arrived on scene of the Frito Lay warehouse, the fire had been through the roof and traveling quickly. Authorities do not know the cause of the fire but will investigate the building once they are able to enter.
