UTAH COUNTY -- The Utah County Health Department offers a home visit program that assists mothers and families in need, but the organization itself says it's in need of some help from the community.
Bonnie Hardy, a registered nurse and the bureau director for the home visit program, said they are running low on essential supplies like baby blankets and diapers. They are asking residents to consider donating items or organizing service projects to benefit the department.
Hardy came by Good Day Utah Saturday to discuss the details, see the video above for her interview. Donations can be taken to either of the health department's locations in Utah County: 599 East 500 South in American Fork and 151 South University Ave. in Provo.
