Dutch Oven cooking champions Bill and Toni Thayn share one of their tastiest and easiest dessert recipes.
Blackberry Lemon Cobbler

Cake: Fruit filling:
1 box Lemon cake mix 2 cans Blackberry pie filling
1 cup of water
½ cup of oil
3 eggs
Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs in bowl. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Set aside.
In bottom of 10 inch Dutch oven (preferably lined with foil or a Dutch oven liner for easy clean up), pour 2 cans of Blackberry pie filling. Pour cake batter over top of fruit and spread out.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Serve with whipped topping. Enjoy!!
