TOOELE CITY, Utah — Police stated Thursday that a young man who was listed as a runaway juvenile is now considered missing and endangered, and anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call police.

Ryley St. Clair, 13, was last seen April 13 in Tooele City, and on Thursday police said they received information indicating the teen has been suicidal in the past and had recently stopped taking medication he was prescribed to treat depression.

The teen also made comments about harming others just prior to leaving his home. Police said Ryley may be attempting to travel to California in the company of an unknown adult male, and they say he has actively communicated with friends via social media after leaving home.

Due to his age, the lack of leads and the information received Thursday, police have changed the teen’s status from runaway juvenile to an endangered missing child.

Ryley St. Clair is described as being 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighing 100 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes and he has a mole on his upper lip. The juvenile wears glasses.

Ryley was last seen wearing a jacket that reads “Asylum 49”, blue jeans and a black and white baseball cap. Several photos of Ryley are available above.

Anyone who sees Ryley or who has knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call Tooele County Dispatch at 435-882-5600.
