The founders of HIGH FITNESS, Emily Nelson and Amber Zenith, shared how they created the latest fitness craze that is spreading across the nation. They decided there was a need for a class that was not only fun but intense too. After taking and teaching hundreds of classes between them, they realized there was a missing niche in the industry and created HIGH FITNESS. The workout routine can be best described as choreographed interval training.  It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

Together, Amber and Emily have created a fitness community that spreads throughout the Western United States up into Canada. They choose to focus their programs on feeling good and working out in a positive atmosphere. To find a HIGH class near you go here. Amber and Emily are teaching a masters class at the Sports Mall in Salt Lake City this Saturday at 9:30 am. Check out their Instagram for more updates: @ilovehighfitness
