MURRAY, Utah– The Murray City Fire Department is investigating a two-alarm fire that has left several people without a home early Tuesday morning.

At 1:30, firefighters responded to heavy smoke and flames at a condo near 1700 East and 6500 south.   According to Deputy Fire Marshall Pat Killion, an elderly couple noticed smoke coming from the garage.  Everything in the garage, including two cars is a total loss.   There is also a lot of damage in the condo connected to the garage.  Neighbors from the condos next to this condo have also been displaced due to smoke damage in their home.

Investigators said there was a kiln they plan to inspect, but they aren’t sure of the cause.
