NAMPA, Idaho – When Idaho officers got a complaint about kids playing baseball in a neighbor’s yard, they immediately went to the house.

What they did once they arrived is what has them getting lots of attention on social media.

The department said it knew just the right people to send.

According to the Nampa Police Department’s Facebook page:

“Some of us will always be young at heart, especially when it comes to dealing with kids being kids! When a complaint came in about children playing baseball in their yard, dispatch knew just who to send.

Thank you Sgt. Jamie Burns, Officer Ryan Beason, Officer Garret Salladay, Officer Michael Flores, Officer Aaron Coleman, Officer Jeremy Miller and dispatchers Diana, Sarah, Kim and Carmen for seeing the big picture!
