It is weeks like this one I just had that make me grateful for the new-found health and abounding energy I feel. It’s great to be able to fulfill all my duties and commitments–from health to work to, most importantly, family.
I started the week with touring the Utah State Eastern Campus with my daughter Jaelyn, who was offered a partial scholarship for softball (she’s still undecided). Next was working on a Pinewood Derby car with my son Lisona. Then I accompanied our youth group to a night of Lazer Quest.
I celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with the Jordan High School Softball Team, all of whom were wearing some kind of green we picked out at Zurchers.
And, on top of all of that, I still went to the gym and achieved a weight of 375 lbs. in my deadlift.
My siblings and I have been receiving updates from our Mother, who is visiting family in New Zealand and Australia. They are spoiling her like crazy by eating out and enjoying nights out on the town.
