FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A video taken at a Donald Trump rally in Fayetteville, N.C. appears to show a Donald Trump supporter sucker punching a protester in the face as he was being escorted out of the rally.
The victim is seen being held to the ground by officers, who then pull him up and continue escorting him out. But it doesn’t show anything happening to the man who threw the punch.
According to TMZ, the alleged assailant was 78-year-old John McGraw and he was taken into custody after voluntarily coming in to be interviewed by police.
