Have you seen her? Police ask help finding missing St. George woman

ST. GEORGE, Utah – Authorities in southern Utah are asking for the public’s help finding a missing woman who was last seen Feb. 25.

Officers said 42-year-old Jennifer Janz Shea was last reported in the neighborhood of W. 680 North near Valley View Drive at about 11:30 p.m.

St. George officer Lona Trombley told the St. George News the missing person report was filed Feb. 27 and that Shea was listed nationwide on the National Crime Information Center system as a missing person.

“We had a couple of different leads that we followed up on but we have not made contact with her yet,” Trombley told the St. George News.

Shea’s relative said she was dropped off the night of Feb. 25 near another family member’s house on W. 680 North.

According to the St. George news, Shea reportedly said she was going to the Chevron gas station on the corner of Valley View Drive  and W. Sunset Blvd. and has not been seen or heard from since.

Authorities described Shea as follows:

Height ­– 5 feet 4 inches
Weight – 150 pounds
Age – 42
Skin color – White
Hair – Darker brown, most likely in ponytail or bun
Eyes – Brown
Distinguishing features – Left arm is injured as the result of a recent dislocation
Clothing – Shea was last seen wearing grey sweatpants and an over-sized white sweatshirt. She also carries a large black purse
