SALT LAKE CITY -- Former NFL defensive back Ray Austin is leading an ownership group that just may bring indoor football back to Salt Lake City.
Utah has been without a team since the Blaze left the AFL in 2013.
Austin secured the rights to an Indoor Football League team, and he has narrowed his destination down to two cities, Salt Lake City and Oklahoma City.
But here's the catch: The group is putting the decision up for a vote and letting the fans decide where the team ends up. And, once the vote is done, they'll be holding many more votes on everything from the team mascot to who will be on the coaching staff.

FOX 13 Sports' Morgan Vance talked with Austin via the phone about the unique concept that they hope will set a new precedent in sports, see the video above for details.
