Explosion sets Sandy restaurant on fire

SANDY, Utah — A restaurant caught fire overnight in Sandy.

Officials said the fire at Johanna’s Restaurant, 9725 S State St., was caused by an explosion.

Investigators were at the scene Monday morning to try to determine what caused the explosion.
