It is week three of Noshavember for me, and I love that a simple act like growing out one’s facial hair can help shine a light on men’s health issues…and for me it’s a small way to honor the men in my family who have died due to health complications.
I have had a full week of working out two times a day and am very proud of the progress I am maxing with a 360-pound dead lift, and I’ve added multiple core exercises to keep it fresh.
There were lots of fun things happening this week that I know I could not have done if I were still 450 pounds. I got to get a real taste of Paddle Board Yoga with Divine Wellness. I've featured paddle board yoga before, but not to the extent of actually getting on a board and trying a pose.
I also got to celebrate our Alta mighty mites championship with our boys and their parents. I was even thrown in the stocks at Thanksgiving Point. I can't wait for Thanksgiving next week. Have a great weekend!
