Man who robbed bank in West Valley City may be suspect in two similar crimes

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – Police in West Valley City are searching for a man who robbed a bank Wednesday afternoon, and they said the crime is similar to two other robberies at US Banks in West Valley City that have occurred in recent weeks.

According to West Valley City PD, Wednesday’s robbery occurred around 3:30 p.m. at a US Bank at 4065 South Redwood Road.

The suspect passed a note to the teller and fled on foot after the robbery. The man is pictured to the right and is described as being about 6-feet tall.

The suspect was also pictured alongside the suspects in two other bank robberies, and authorities said Wednesday’s crime is similar to the two previous robberies at US Banks.
