Definition of Superhero Syndrome: Overcommitting and taking on more that you can realistically handle while keeping your sanity.

It is very common during the holiday season especially with parties, activities, and pressure to do so much.

Potential dangers: Increased stress which can lead to having a negative impact on emotional stability, communication, overall well-being and whether we are really enjoying time with loved ones.

How to beat it:
- Make the word 'no' a part of your vocabulary and don`t feel guilty for using it
- Make leisure time a priority and work on enjoying every minute
- Embrace imperfection
