Workouts this week have been really good, and I am happy to be adding more weight during my lifting routines.
My cool moment this week is when Tuki Vaiaoga approached me during an early morning work out and proceeded to tell me that she too has overcome being overweight, and that I helped inspire her to keep going–losing more than 100 pounds.
It is stories like Tuki’s that help motivate and inspire me to continue my journey.
