CACHE COUNTY, Utah — The Cache County Sheriff’s Office has asked for the public’s help in locating an inmate who walked away from a work release program Wednesday.

According to a news release, Chaz Redfearn’s sentencing order allowed him to search for a job and that was the reason he was temporarily released from supervised custody.

Redfearn was last seen wearing a long-sleeved white t-shirt and dark jeans. He was described as 6 feet tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

A warrant has been issued for Redfearn’s arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Cache County Jail at (435) 755-1000.
