WASHINGTON CITY, Utah – Washington City’s next police K-9 has become an internet sensation with well over 1 million likes on Facebook.

And all that love earned him something that might just save his life, a bullet-proof vest.

Tank” got the gear from a Vesting America’s Police K-9’s campaign.

The group said if Tank’s picture got 1 million likes on Facebook by the time his training was complete in 2016, Tread Armament and Weaponry would donate a stab and bulletproof vest for him to wear while on-duty.

Tank’s picture was posted June 2 and it already has more than 1 million likes.

not that i want really talk about dead dogs but i wonder how many k9 dogs utah has and howmany active vests we have for them then how long a vest costs and lasts, my point is i bet a vest would last many many dog life times and could be passed down from one dog to another
