My Heart Challenge: Progress report and making ‘SMART’ goals

SALT LAKE CITY – This year’s edition of the “My Heart Challenge” features Utah mothers who are on 100-day quest to improve their heart health.

More than 700 moms signed up for the challenge offered by Intermountain Medical Center’s Heart Institute, and Wednesday participant Andrea Bleazard and doctor Brent Blaisdell came to the FOX 13 News Studio to discuss progress on the challenge as well as strategies people can use to make changes in their lives, including creating "SMART" goals.
