SALT LAKE CITY – This year’s edition of the “My Heart Challenge" features Utah mothers who are on 100-day quest to improve their heart health.
More than 700 moms signed up for the challenge offered by Intermountain Medical Center's Heart Institute, and on Wednesday FOX 13 News’ Dave Nemeth introduces us to 38-year-old Heather Lee of Midvale.
The full-time bakery employee spoke about the challenge of eating better while surrounded by delicious temptation.
