Is recent rainfall enough to bring Utah out of drought?

With the rain that keeps falling, FOX 13 News invited Randy Julander, snow survey supervisor for the state, to talk about how the precipitation is adding up against the drought.

Julander was in studio Monday. "Rain waters your lawn, snow fills your reservoir," he said.

While the valleys have received copious amounts of precipitation, it hasn't added much to the snow pack.
