It all happened because he forgot to turn off his microphone before going to the bathroom.
The City Council in Georgetown, Texas, was discussing infectious diseases when a member excused himself.
The group quickly learned where he went when they heard the toilet flush over the speakers.
He was a good sport about it when he returned to the meeting.
