Water audit released questions data used by Utah Division of Water Resources

For more than 20 years the Bear River has been viewed as an untapped source of culinary water for northern Utah.

The Utah Division of Water Resources has planned to capture some of the water. But an audit released Tuesday from the legislative auditor general questioned the data used by the division.

Eric Mills from the Division of Water Resources and Zach Frankel from the Utah Rivers Council were in studio to talk about the results of the audit.
