Caesar Chicken Wraps (04.20.15)

Caesar Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Slat and Pepper, to taste


  • 4 (6-inch) tortillas
  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, cubed
  • 4 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

For the dressing, add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Warm tortillas. In the middle of each tortilla, divide evenly the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, sunflower seeds and parmesan. Drizzle the desired amount of dressing on each. Roll each one; cut in half. Serve immediately.
