Taekwondo masters demonstrate women’s self-defense in Lindon

LINDON, Utah -- Happy Joe Wren went to Beyond Sports Taekwondo in Lindon, to learn about self-defense for women.

Happy Joe spoke with Master Taralyn Sorenson, a sixth-degree black belt in Olympic-style Taekwondo, about ways women can deter potential attackers.

Beyond Sports Taekwondo has a quarterly six-hour self-defense seminar on March 20 from 5-8 p.m. and is located at 139 S. State Street in #13 in Lindon.

Lindon is located in Utah County.
