SPANISH FORK, Utah -- Baby Lily’s unbelievable story has gotten worldwide attention.

The toddler was found inside an overturned car in the Spanish Fork River Saturday. She was strapped into her car seat and upside down just inches above the frigid water for 14 hours.

From Washington state to Washington, D.C. and everywhere in between, even half a world away in Australia, Baby Lily is making news, with more than 1,300 articles and counting.

This worldwide attention has led to nearly $60,000 in donations on the Go Fund Me page set up for Lily and her mother.

On Tuesday, the 911 calls from the fisherman who spotted the car were released.

We hear the fisherman tell the dispatcher, “Are you guys aware there's a car in the river on the south end of Spanish Fork Main Street under the bridge?”

That was the first time he called 911. When he got a closer look, he made a discovery and called 911 again.

“There is a car in the river. It's upside down off of Main Street and there is a person inside.”

“I can see a hand,” he continued. He described, “It's upside down, the top's pushed in and there's water in there.”

Baby Lily remains at Primary Children’s Hospital where she’s been upgraded to fair condition.

Spanish Fork Police said they are waiting for toxicology results to hopefully shed some light into what happened that landed the car in the river.
