Woman booked into jail for 4 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with teens

ST. GEORGE, Utah – Police in St. George arrested a woman who allegedly had sexual contact with two juvenile males, and the woman faces four counts of unlawful sexual conduct.

According to a statement of probable cause, 34-year-old Kiley Kramer was arrested Wednesday and faces four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16 or 17 year old, and the charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred in the summer of 2014.

The document states two juveniles had been hanging out with Kramer when she allegedly exposed her breasts to them before taking the two of them into a bedroom, where she allegedly allowed the males to touch her breasts and vagina. The males both stated Kramer touched their penises.

Two other juveniles interviewed by police said they were there when the incident occurred. They stated the woman exposed her breasts several times before taking the other two juveniles into a bedroom and locking the door.

Police contacted Kramer, who “invoked her Miranda Rights and indicated she had retained [an attorney.]” Wednesday, officers booked the woman into the Purgatory Correctional Facility.
