HARLAN CITY, Kent. - A police department in Kentucky has issued a warrant for the arrest of Queen Elsa; yes, the character from Disney's "Frozen."
She is wanted for the recent frigid winter weather hitting the East Coast.
The department posted the bulletin on Facebook.
Describing the ice queen as “very dangerous,” police warned citizens to avoid attempts to apprehend her alone.
