FARMINGTON, Utah – A former Weber-Morgan Narcotics Strike Force agent is now facing felony drug charges.

Don Henry Johnson is facing two felony counts for drug distribution and could face one to 15 years for each count.

According to court documents, 29-year-old Johnson is accused of asking a woman to buy oxycodone pills from another man for him.

Documents show the alleged crimes happened May 2014 and again in July 2014.

Officials said Johnson said he would pay the woman pick up the drugs but she never received the money.

Court documents state Johnson was an Ogden police officer assigned to the narcotics strike force.
