STANSBURY PARK, Utah — A block of ice was cut out of a lake in Stansbury Park so residents could participate in a Polar Bear Plunge.
Those who decided to take the chilly dip were doing it to raise money and donations for a local church. “Happy” Joe Wren was there to watch.
