DAVIS COUNTY, Utah — A former teacher accused of sexual misconduct with two male students has been accused of being involved with a third student, and a court document indicates the relationship may have been going on after the woman had appeared in court to face charges of rape.

Court documents filed November 3 state that a third student has come forward in the case of 34-year-old Brianne Altice, a former teacher at Davis High School. The document states Altice  is now charged with five counts of rape as first-degree felonies, two counts of forcible sodomy as first-degree felonies and three counts of forcible sexual abuse.

Altice pleaded not guilty to four counts of rape and two counts of forcible sodomy in October of this year, before the accusations from the third student were brought to light.

The document states the alleged relationship between Altice and the 17-year-old male took place between November 1, 2013 and August 25, 2014. Altice was first arrested in October of 2013, which makes it appear she was engaging in sexual conduct with the teen after she began appearing in court to answer charges brought about by the previous alleged victims.
