SALT LAKE CITY – An art show with a cause has come to Salt Lake City.

For the third year in a row, Youth MOVE Utah has partnered with the Utah Department of Human Services and the Utah Department of Heritage Arts to sponsor the Youth Recovery and Resiliency art show.

Participants between the ages of 12 and 26 are given the opportunity to express their struggles with substance abuse or mental health issues through art, and the pieces are displayed at the Rio Grande Depot during the month of November.

Youth MOVE Utah is a program put on by the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Visit NAMI Utah's website for additional information about their efforts to improve the lives of those who deal with mental health issues.
