Making the Grade: See how Utah schools scored on SAT and AP tests

SALT LAKE CITY – The grades are in. The Utah State Board of Education has just released how our state’s schools score on SAT and AP tests.

According to, 42.6 percent of SAT test takers in the class of 2014 met the SAT College and Career Readiness Benchmark.

In Utah, 68.8 percent of test-takers (1,169 students) met the Benchmark.

(The SAT Benchmark score of 1550 is associated with a 65 percent probability of earning a first-year college GPA of B- or higher).
