Spark Science: Sublimation and the ‘Ghost Pie’

Ben Hyde of Spark Science specializes in science projects geared toward kids. This week's experiment is something he calls a Ghost Pie, and it demonstrates a concept called sublimation, which is when a solid moves directly into gas form.
