SPANISH FORK CANYON, Utah – Westbound lanes of US-6 were temporarily closed Sunday after a semitrailer jack-knifed and began leaking diesel fuel, but by Sunday evening the lanes had been reopened.

Trooper Evan Kirby of the Utah Highway Patrol said the semitrailer was leaking diesel fuel from its tanks, and crews responded to clean up the spilled fuel.

There were no injuries reported in connection with the crash, and no other vehicles were involved.
