Old Farmer’s Almanac predicts warmer winter, below normal snowfall for Utah

SALT LAKE CITY – The Old Farmer’s Almanac is predicting a warmer winter with above average temperatures and below normal snowfall for Utah and its surrounding states this year.

According to the long-range forecast, the coldest period for Utah will be in December with the snowiest times in mid-March.

The almanac goes on to predict a hotter than normal summer for 2015 with above average rainfall for this part of the country.
