SALT LAKE CITY — The Denver Post is reporting than an Amber Alert issued Thursday was actually a case of miscommunication.

The alert came from Seminole, Okla. where it was reported that a 5-month-old child had been taken by Cindy Findley, 48, and Jennifer Skousen, 43.

Findley and Skousen were reportedly headed to Salt Lake City with the child Olivia Smith.

Police now say the women related to the infant had paperwork giving them permission to transport the child from Oklahoma to Texas.

The women and the child were found by police early Friday with Olivia in very good condition.
