HEBER CITY, Utah – A man who has pleaded guilty to charges of fraud will be in court for his sentencing Wednesday.

Jeremy Taulborg pleaded guilty to the charges in May, after he had claimed to be a Park City police officer, a Deputy U.S. Marshal and a U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant.

Taulborg also has pleaded guilty to theft.

Court documents show Taulborg admitted to writing a check for more than $28,000 in February on  closed bank account to buy a car from a Heber City car dealership.

He could get up to 15 years in prison.
