PROVO, Utah -- A woman who claims she was sexually abused by convicted wife-killer Dr. Martin MacNeill tearfully testified about the encounter at his latest trial.

The woman, whom FOX 13 is not naming because she is an alleged victim of sexual abuse, said the abuse happened about a month after Michele MacNeill died back in 2007.

"She was murdered," the woman testified of Michele, crying.

The alleged victim said she was cleaning out Michele's things from her bedroom while Martin MacNeill watched TV.  She fell asleep, fully clothed, on the bed when she was awakened.

"I could feel (Martin MacNeill's) hand rubbing my buttocks. He had one of my hands, my left hand, he was licking it and kissing it," the woman testified.

The woman said she slapped his hand away and asked him: "What are you doing?"

"He said, 'Oh, oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry,'" she told the jury. "He said, 'I thought you were (Michele).'"

The woman testified that she left the bedroom and slept in another room.

"I was disgusted," she said. "That was just another horrible thing to have to worry about now."

A five woman, three man jury has been selected to hear the latest trial for Dr. MacNeill, who was convicted last year of killing his wife, Michele, so he could continue an affair with another woman.

Prosecutors accused the Utah County doctor of drugging and drowning Michele inside their Pleasant Grove home in 2007.
