3 suffer minor injuries in I-15 crash

NORTH SALT LAKE – Traffic was slowed on I-15 near 2400 North due to a vehicle crash Sunday afternoon, but the scene has since been cleared and all injuries were minor.

Crews responded to the accident near 2400 North on southbound I-15 around 6 p.m.

A trooper with the Utah Highway Patrol said a male was driving a truck with two kids inside, and the trooper said all three suffered minor injuries that were not life-threatening.

Images from the scene showed that all but one lane was closed near the crash as of about 6 p.m., but the scene was cleared a short time later.

The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
