EMERY COUNTY, Utah –Two people killed in an ATV accident in Emery County were identified Tuesday.
Hubert Issel, 70, and his wife Alana, 64, of American Fork, died after their vehicle went off a trail and down a cliff.
The accident occurred late Sunday afternoon on the San Rafael Desert.
Two of their grandchildren were critically injured in the crash and were transported to a hospital by medical helicopters.
